I decided to change up the songs for each alarm. Each segment now rocks with a different Coldplay song. Some have turned into mini workouts of their own. While other times I get up and dance. I'll ride the incline stationary bike during one. Sometimes it's a brisk walk. And sometimes it's a crazy old lady doing figure eights with hips and arms swinging out of control! </div>

To help tip the scale more in my favor, it's time to get some exercise stuff rounded up!<br />

As you can see, I update my noom scale to reflect the digital. Though my weight continues to be a challenge, watching the ounces bounce up and down, do continue to decline...<br />
<br />
Sometimes the jump in my numbers is partially due to water retention and inflammation. Also, poop can change it as well. Yes, I just pointed that out. Since my gallbladder removal, it has taken time, but I'm with Dr. Oz. How you poop is says a lot about how we are feeling, how the foods we eat affect us, and I worked hard, no pun intended, to have pretty poops! Adjusting when I weigh myself helps with seeing the number go the direction that excites me.<br />

I was also eating less in between the meals and snack has really helped. Though there is only one area for snacks, each time I ate something, I added it. By doing that, I would cause me to think before I ate, or I would just decide to wait until later.<br />
<br />
I have to be accountable for my grazing if this program was going to work.<br />
<br />
It will be worth it at the end of this journey, a new healthy eating lifestyle, created a little wealth in the savings on my grocery bill, and a lot wiser for the golden years ahead!<br />

Today I had to do a fast for a test in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule it for Friday. The person scheduling had never seen a test like this, so had no idea it required a nurse and medication.<br />

By the time I got home a lady from the hospital called and she said there won't be any problems for Friday. I sure hope she's right!<br />

By my first anniversary, after transferring $85 a week into savings, I had over $4400.<br />

Since I have gained this weight, a dear friend who lost hers, handed her swimsuits down to me, when we went on our Colorado River Adventure, and I had nothing to wear. That was 2017, so, unfortunately, I'm a bit broader now, allowing the once loose-fitting suits to be rather tight. After a few try-on's, I decided on one and headed to the park.</div>

After a few hours, I was done. Getting in and out of the lazy river was difficult. Standing along the edge for pictures was uncomfortable as I felt eyes shame the old fat lady. I had forgotten my sunhat, so I had no protection for my face and shoulders. Sunscreen isn't enough for me. Once the pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries were gone, I headed home, discouraged I had limits and at the same time realizing what needed to happen. </div>

When I got on my laptop, I went straight to a website I had seen advertised called Noom. As I went through the process of joining, I choose to do an eight-month program, intending to look good for next summer, and our end of summer cruise to Alaska that has already been booked last month. </div>
