Week 5 ~A Pleasant Interruption!

As week five began, we were already enjoying the much cooler weather over in San Diego!

We left midweek.

Packing the trailer for the trip was a breeze, only my fridge had the great healthy food in it, and there were no snacks in the pantry AT ALL to cheat with.

It actually freed up space as well.

It wasn't hard to find the time to do my daily log-in, only my daily weigh-in didn't happen. I decided to forgo the scale, adding some anticipation for when I get home!

I was also eating less in between the meals and snack has really helped. Though there is only one area for snacks, each time I ate something, I added it. By doing that, I would cause me to think before I ate, or I would just decide to wait until later.

I have to be accountable for my grazing if this program was going to work.

It will be worth it at the end of this journey, a new healthy eating lifestyle, created a little wealth in the savings on my grocery bill, and a lot wiser for the golden years ahead!

My steps for the week were awesome as well...

On to week 6...
